What Is #CodeSwitch1000?

A Nation Women’s History Month Initiative

#CodeSwitch1000 is a month-long national initiative designed to help catalyze 1,000 women-led app-based businesses in 30 days.

The campaign celebrates the release of Amanda Spann’s debut book I Have an App Idea and responds to a pivotal economic moment by offering a structured, accessible pathway into scalable startup ownership in the AI economy.

The ID³ Framework

I Have an App Idea introduces Amanda Spann’s signature ID³ Framework, a step-by-step methodology that breaks app creation into four phases:

Ideation

Design

Development

Deployment

The book is written for what Amanda calls the missing middle, capable professionals such as educators, healthcare providers, lawyers, nonprofit leaders, and community builders who deeply understand real-world problems but have had limited exposure to product development frameworks.

Through the ID³ Framework, readers learn how to validate ideas, communicate effectively with developers, responsibly leverage AI tools, and avoid costly development mistakes.
